Since 1892, countless musicians and singers have contributed to the rich musical life of this downtown parish. Our church has been served by three pipe organs, 20 organist/choirmasters and hundreds of faithful singers. The psalms and hymns are supported and enhanced by our restored Quimby/Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ, the St. John’s Choir, youth and children's choirs and handbells. The Gathering Band leads music during the evening service.
