St. John's Episcopal Church is located at the corner of Jefferson Street and Elm Avenue in downtown Roanoke, Virginia, one block west of Interstate-581. The Church entrance is on Elm Avenue. The parish office entrance is around the corner ot 1 Mountain Avenue and the church offices are open 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
